We know summer must feel a long time away but it is already the middle of February and if you are looking to have some kind of summerhouse or garden room in time for summer then you need to start planning that now. The summerhouse may need a base as well and getting hold of landscapers is sometimes difficult and they can get booked up really early. If the garden is already prepped then a timber frame or bearers might suffice. The lead times are around 5 weeks at the moment but as time goes on this can increase.
